1. Booking advance
After the Trust office approves availability, 50% of the room charges is required to confirm the booking. The advance is non-refundable in case of cancellation, no-show or shortened stay.
2. Cancellation
A booking may be cancelled by informing the Trust office. No separate cancellation fee is charged beyond the non-refundable advance.
3. Date change
One date change may be considered subject to availability and office approval. Requests should normally be made at least 48 hours before check-in.
4. Trust-initiated cancellation
If the Trust cancels due to safety work, maintenance, emergency or force majeure, rescheduling options will be discussed directly.
5. Donations
Voluntary donations are final after receipt and acknowledgement.
