1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or submitting a request to Mali Samaj Seva Sansthan, you agree to these terms.
2. Room booking requests
- Every online submission is a request until the Trust office issues final confirmation.
- A 50% advance is required after availability is verified.
- Valid government-issued photo identification is required for adult guests at check-in.
- Confirmed check-in and check-out timings must be followed.
3. Guest conduct
Alcohol, tobacco, non-vegetarian food, illegal activity, abusive conduct and unauthorized loud music are prohibited on the premises.
4. Community hall and garden
Hall or garden use is subject to availability, permitted capacity, approved function type, timings and conditions communicated by the Trust office.
5. Blocked dates and operational changes
Rooms or venues may be blocked for maintenance, Trust programs, emergencies or safety work. Equivalent reassignment may be offered when operationally necessary.
6. Donations
Voluntary donations are final after receipt and acknowledgement by the Trust.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the courts in Jalore, Rajasthan.
